Rate in a Junior Suite room for up to a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children^ (under 12 years old) free of charge sharing the same room.

^Important: Reservations with children are only accepted for Junior Suite rooms on the ground floor.

Room with 2 double beds or 1 king size bed (TYPE OF BED SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY).

We highly recommend requesting your preferred bed type in the "comments and special requests" section when booking.

Additionally, get a 50% discount on the following additional services:

• Consumption of food (lunches and dinners) and drinks in the Hotel.
• Massages in the Hotel.
• Daypass at beach club "Kokomo". (**Discount applies only to ACCESS, transportation is NOT included).

Restrictions:

* Rate per night, per room, booking in JUNIOR SUITE category.

** The discount on access to "Kokomo" beach club gives you Plus access with a 50% discount. TRANSPORTATION FROM THE HOTEL TO KOKOMO IS NOT INCLUDED.

^ Reservations with children are ONLY accepted for accommodation in a ground floor Junior Suite.

A. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY:

This rate is applicable for stays only within the promotion validity dates, and payment of 20% of the total of your stay is required to guarantee. Upon completion of your reservation, the Hotel will proceed to charge the card provided within the next 24 hours.

80% of the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card provided in the reservation on the morning of your arrival day (check in date).

If you prefer to pay 100% of the reservation in advance, please notify the Hotel directly.

B. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY:

* Cancellations are NOT accepted.

* NO refunds apply in case of no-show or early departures. The money paid could be use as a credit for a future stay in a period of no more than 1 year.

* Date changes subject to availability and possible rate changes.
