In Mansion Merida and Hacienda Xtepén, health and safety of our guests, employees and community remain our top priority. Therefore, we are observing the World Health Organization guidelines to ensure that all precautions are taken to manage this current situation along with the government guidelines.
In effort to ensure the safety of our guests and employees, during your stay, we have implemented stringent safety and hygiene protocols in Mansión Mérida and Hacienda Xtepén on top of our usual quality standards.
All public areas and back-of-house areas are sanitized on a time scheduled, paying attention to high-flow and high-contact points.
All rooms are deep cleaned and disinfected with virus-specific protocols; F&B outlets provide with hand sanitizer.
Please be aware that we must ask to all guests to provide a more detailed background on travel history due to this actual situation.
All associates undergo daily temperature checks and receive ongoing training on COVID-19 awareness and overall health, safety and knowledge.
